1. Shipping Destinations & Service Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the ‌United Kingdom‌ (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). At this time, we do ‌not‌ offer international shipping outside the UK. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note that your order cannot be fulfilled. We may expand our shipping zones in the future – follow our website or newsletter for updates.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double‑check your address details (including postcode) before submitting your order. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Undeliverable Packages & Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a local depot within the specified period, we will contact you to arrange re‑delivery. ‌Additional shipping fees will apply‌ for re‑delivery attempts. If we cannot reach you within 14 days, the order may be cancelled and refunded (minus any original and return shipping costs).

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we take great care in packaging our fragrances to prevent damage during transit, issues may occasionally occur.

  • Lost Packages:‌ If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please first check with neighbours, household members, or designated safe spaces.
